Kristin Corra is a paralegal specializing in the Corporate and Trusts & Estates practice areas at Mantell, Prince & Reynolds.
As part of the firm, Kristin provides support in major transactions for our clients, including the sale and purchase of equity or assets, the restructuring and maintenance of corporate entities and the formation of new entities. In the trusts & estates area, Kristin handles all aspects of the estate administration process by facilitating probate, qualifying executors and trustees, obtaining estate asset and related valuation information and preparing state and federal estate and inheritance tax returns. Kristin has over 10 years of experience and is an integral part of the client service team at the firm. Kristin received her B.A. from Montclair State University and her Certificate of Paralegal Studies from Middlesex County College.
