New Jersey Society of CPAs – Union County Chapter – Annual Federal, State and Estate and Gift Tax Update

Gary A. Prince, Jr., Esq. presents for the New Jersey Society of CPAs-Union County Chapter on December 3, 2022.  The program is packed full of unique and interesting current Federal, State and Estate and Gift Tax topics.  Gary will be providing a Federal and State Tax update including the Inflation Reduction Act of 2022, the 2022 proposed Regulations released by the Internal Revenue Service regarding the Setting Every Community Up for Retirement Enhancement (SECURE) Act and several other current tax topics.  The program will be in-person hosted at the Holiday Inn-Clark, 36 Valley Road, Clark, New Jersey.

Gary A. Prince, Jr., Esq. presents for the New Jersey Society of CPAs-Essex County Chapter on November 18, 2022.  Gary will be presenting on the 2022 Secure Act Regulations and retirement plan distribution rules.  The program will be in-person hosted at the Hanover Manor, 16 Eagle Rock Avneue, East Hanover, New Jersey.

New Jersey Society of CPAs – Passaic County Chapter – Annual Federal and State Tax Update

Gary A. Prince, Jr., Esq. presents for the New Jersey Society of CPAs-Passaic County Chapter on November 15, 2022.  The program is packed full of unique and interesting current Federal and State Tax topics.  Gary will be providing a Federal Tax update including the Inflation Reduction Act of 2022, the 2022 proposed Regulations released by the Internal Revenue Service regarding the Setting Every Community Up for Retirement Enhancement (SECURE) Act and several other current tax topics.  The program will be in-person hosted at the Brownstone House, 351 W. Matthew P. Thies has joined our firm practicing on matters relating to tax, trust and estate planning, estate administration, business planning, business transactions, and mergers and acquisitions.  In 2021, Mr. Thies graduated from Seton Hall University School of Law with a concentration in Law and Technology.  Additionally, Mr. Thies was an active member of Seton Hall’s Entertainment and Sports Law Society, serving as President during law school and contributing to reestablishing the Society’s recognition at Seton Hall.  Prior to joining Mantell, Prince & Reynolds, Mr. Thies clerked for the Hon. Michael C. Gaus, J.S.C., of the Superior Court of New Jersey, Law Division, in Sussex County.
