Gary A. Prince, Jr., Esq. is an attorney of Mantell, Prince & Reynolds, P.C. and focuses his practice on matters relating to tax, business planning and business transactions, corporate law, estate and trust planning, estate administration, serving as an expert and as an expert witness in tax and trust and estate related litigation and representing families in connection with family office services including gifting strategies, marital agreements, income tax preparation and many other personal and business issues.

Mr. Prince routinely draws on his strong tax, accounting and financial background to structure businesses and business transactions and family estate plans to achieve the desired objectives as well as plan for transition to the next generation or ownership group. He is a member of the Union County Bar Association, the New Jersey State Bar Association, its Taxation Section, Probate and Trust Section and Small Firm Section. He is also a Member of the American Bar Association and its Taxation Section. In addition, Mr. Prince is a Member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the New Jersey Society of Certified Public Accountants, and he is a Fellow of the American College of Trust and Estate Counsel (ACTEC). Mr. Prince is a frequent lecturer and author on tax, business, and estate related subjects for professional associations. Mr. Prince received his B.S. in accounting from Fairleigh Dickinson University-Madison, his J.D. from Seton Hall University School of Law, and his LL.M. in Taxation from New York University School of Law.
