Amy E. DiGregorio, Esq., an associate with the firm, focuses her practice on matters relating to tax and estate planning, business and succession planning, the administration of estates and trusts, estate and trust litigation, and a broad range of personal legal matters.
Prior to joining Mantell, Prince & Reynolds, P.C., Amy was a Regulatory attorney in Washington, D.C., focusing on tax and health law, and related public policy issues. In this prior role, Mrs. DiGregorio spent over seven years as a key member of a consulting team at the Internal Revenue Service (IRS) implementing two major legislative programs – the Affordable Care Act (ACA) and most recently the Tax Cuts and Jobs Act (TJCA). She provided the IRS with legislative, regulatory, and public policy expertise on the ACA, federal health care regulations, the TCJA, and the United States Tax Code. Amy has a strong understanding of Congressional and Legislative Affairs especially as it relates to tax issues. Mrs. DiGregorio has several years of experience as a litigator specializing in the representation of medical professionals in malpractice actions in both New Jersey and New York. She has extensive experience in all stages of litigation, including appeals. She served as a judicial law clerk to the Honorable Barbara A. Curran, J.S.C., in the Law Division, Hudson County during the 2007-2008 term. Mrs. DiGregorio received her J.D., cum laude, and Masters of Law (Health) degrees from Seton Hall Law. She is a member of the bar in New Jersey and New York. Mrs. DiGregorio is a Certified Health Care Professional by the Health Care Compliance Association and recently completed the Health Care Compliance Certification program offered by Seton Hall Law in 2018.
